I have seen this in several blogs but I never tried to do it... I have visited 25 countries, let's see if I can add one more before the year ends!

Fiesta de inauguración de nuestra nueva casa

Buenoooo... como era de esperar, aquí van algunas fotillos del fin de semana pasado cuando hicimos la fiesta de inauguración de la casa. Tengo que decir que la fiesta fue todo un éxito, ahí estuvimos hasta las 4:30 de la mañana, cuando llegó el vecino del primero a invitarnos "amablemente" a que salieramos de la casa...

Ya que éramos las anfitrionas, hay que empezar por las que serán mis nuevas compañeras de piso. Para todos los que no las conozcas, con todos ustedes (toque de tambores)... ¡¡¡Cris y Yara!!!



Con eso de que nos hemos vuelto muy internacionales, se vinieron de Portugal unos amigos de Couto, así que para que recuerden la noche, aquí les va la foto :)



Había dos ambientes de música en la casa y por primera vez en la vida... ¡¡sobró hielo!! Por supuesto no quiero ni hablar de cómo terminó la casa y de mi cara cuando crucé la puerta el domingo por la mañana... Y lo mejor es que todavía no hemos terminado de pintar, lo digo por si en alguna foto aparece una pared de más de un color :)))

Good news

After a couple of weeks in Madrid running up and down, doing job interviews and getting documents from different institutions, I will finally start working next Monday for Nortel Networks :))) I will post more details about the company and the job once I start, but I will be an "Integration and acceptance engineer".
I was also looking for a flat... which I found already :) It is located in one of the best areas in Madrid and very close to all the pubs and night clubs I used to visit when I was here. For those of you who do not know it yet, I will be sharing with two other girls, both of them arquitects... and yeap, Yara is one of them :)
We are painting the house now!! We didn't like the orange and yellow of the walls and we decided to change it into white... we were painting the whole day yesterday and I have to tell you it looks much better now... We will have a BIG party on Saturday (two days to go!!!) to celebrate how happy we are and how great this year is expected to be :) Once we have all the furniture and everything, I promise to post some pictures! :)
